Arden Cho is Korean-American actor, singer/songwriter, and model and played Kira Yukimura on MTV's Teen Wolf from Season 3 to Season 6.
She also played Young Noshiko in the episode The Fox and the Wolf.
Early Life
Cho spent most of her childhood years in Dallas and late teenage years in Minnesota. During that time, she developed her musical skills in piano and cello. While at school, Cho had particapated in sports, cheerleading, and training in martial arts.
She graduated from Apple Valley Senior High School in 2003, and in 2007 she graduated University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
In 2004, Cho was named Miss Korea Chicago which granted her permission to compete in Seoul, South Korea, for the honor of representing South Korea in the Miss Universe pageant.
Career
Cho has appeared in various movies, television series, and commercials in the U.S. and Asia.
She appeared in shows such as Pretty Little Liars, Rizzoli & Isles, and as Sarah in the web series, K-Town Cowboys.
Cho did memorable TV movies including, Walking the Halls for Lifetime and the SyFy Original Mega Python vs. Gatoroid.
Cho is prolific vlogger. Most of her work and several music videos are available on her YouTube channel.
Teen Wolf
She auditioned for the role of Kira along with actors such as Kelsey Chow before she won the role..
Initially, Kira was meant only for the second half of Season 3, but, because of the chemistry between Cho and Tyler Posey, creator Jeff Davis decided to keep her around.
Cho announced in April 2016 that she would not return for Teen Wolf Season 6.
