In the first two seasons, the show used a number of different locations in metro Atlanta, Georgia as the Beacon Hills Preserve, the McCall House and Beacon Hills High School.

Starting with Season 3, Teen Wolf Production shifted to 8500 Balboa Blvd in Los Angeles and locations around the San Fernando Valley and Malibu Creek State Park became Beacon Hills while Palisades High School subbed for BHHS.
