Gilles Marini is a French actor and model who portrayed Sebastien Valet in Season 5 of MTV's Teen Wolf.
Early life[]
Marini was born in Grasse, Alpes-Maritimes, France, to a Greek mother and Italian father. After working in his father's bakery while also going to school, he joined the French army where he was introduced to the world of modeling. He went to the United States to learn English while working as a model. He made his acting debut at the age of 29, in the 2005 horror film Screech of the Decapitated.
Career[]
Marini has since made in appearances in films like Sex and the City: The Movie, The List, The Last Rescue, All I Wish and Waiting for Anya.
His television credits include Brothers & Sisters, Ugly Betty, Criminal Minds, Nip/Tuck, The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of Our Lives, Switched at Birth, 2 Broke Girls, Hot in Cleveland, Daredevil and Devious Maids.
Marini was also a contestant in the eighth season of Dancing with the Stars where he partnered up with Cheryl Burke and was the runner-up. He returned in 2015 for the show's all-star season where he partnered with Peta Murgatroyd and finished in sixth place.
He was also a French co-host on the Netflix show Ultimate Beastmaster.
