Jeff Vlaming is an American director, writer and producer who worked on MTV's Teen Wolf for it's first season.

Career[]

Jeffrey Vlaming came to Los Angeles, California from Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he had worked as an advertising art director and eventually sold a freelance script to the CBS series Northern Exposure then soon joined the writing staff in its fourth season. This led to writing jobs on shows like the X-Files, Weird Science, Catwalk, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Animorphs, Battlestar Galactica, and Xena: Warrior Princess.

By 2003, Vlaming became a producer as well as a writer for shows like NCIS, Keen Eddie, Reaper, Fringe, Hannibal, Touching Evil, Outcast, and The 100.

He is also the creator and manager of the blog VLAM-INK—a collection of his work which includes drawings and writings related to his television career, his work in advertising, and general ponderings.

Teen Wolf[]

In 2011, after the success of Teen Wolf's pilot episode, Vlaming was brought on as a co-executive producer and wrote the episodes Pack Mentality, Night School, and Co-Captain.

He ended his involvement after the episode Formality.
