Monica Macer is an American producer and writer who work on the first season of MTV's Teen Wolf.
A 1993 graduate of Vassar College, Macer began her career in theater arts in New York City. Eventually, Macer began work as an assistant at Nickelodeon Movies and a creative executive for the Walt Disney Company before assisting producers in 24 and joining the writing staff of ABC's Lost. She later became a story editor and writer on Prison Break before producing episodes for shows like The Playboy Club, Deception, Nashville, and Queen Sugar where she also wrote episodes too.
In 2011, Macer became a co-producer for Teen Wolf's first season after the series was greenlit for production.
