Noah Patrick is a Berserker chimera appearing in Teen Wolf Season 5. While only appearing briefly in two episodes, the character is notable because he almost killed Sheriff Noah Stilinski during an attack in the mid-season finale.

Season 5[]
Noah Patrick was a sophomore at Beacon Hills High School. Due to a transplant, he possessed DNA from two different sources and became a target of the Dread Doctors. While his exact composition is unknown, he exhibited berserker traits with sharp bone spikes protruding from his arms.
In his first appearance, he is spotted on an unused floor of the hospital eating bags of blood plasma. He attacks Malia but is chased away by Braeden. (Status Asthmaticus)
At some point after his escape, Noah attacked the Sheriff leaving him badly injured. While he made it to the hospital and through surgery, his recovery was stymied because a piece of beserker bone was left inside one of the wounds. He nearly died before it was discovered.
Showing signs of failure and leaking mercury, he runs from the Dread Doctors. Stiles Stilinski catches up to him and questions him on what happened to the Sheriff but the boy has no memory of the attack.
Noah then dies at the hands of the Dread Doctors. (The Last Chimera)
