Satomi Ito is an Alpha Werewolf introduced in Season 3.

She is portrayed by Lily Mariye.

Biography

Satomi was a bitten werewolf interned in an American concentration camp with Noshiko Yukimura during World War II. She would always be by herself playing "Go" in order to remain calm.

During a riot, she lost control and threw a Molotov cocktail at Corporal Rhys. He later died of his injuries. When the Nogitsune attacked the camp, she was the only survivor besides Noshisko.

Satomi remained in Beacon Hills for the next 69 years, becoming an Alpha and creating a large pack. She also became a Buddhist who taught her pack the mantra, "The Sun, The Moon, The Truth" as a way to suppress their violet tendencies during a full moon or when losing control.

In Weaponized, she is shown to be skilled in martial arts and wielding an Emei blade which she uses in confrontations as opposed to her claws.

She was friends with Talia Hale and often visited the Hale family before Hale House Fire.

Satomi was named as one of the targets of The Benefactor and much of her pack was killed by The Chemist. Since then, she kept to herself and rarely recruited new pack members.

In Pressure Test, it is revealed that the Hunters killed her when she tried to make peace with them.

Teen Wolf Season 4 Episode 10 Monstrous Brett and Satomi's pack

Like Satomi, her Betas are Buddhists. They typically refrain from killing unless it's absolutely necessary. Before the Dead Pool, it was the largest Teen Wolf Pack seen to date. Only portion of her pack survived and kept a low profile.

Eventually, the pack was completely decimated by Hunters.
