Shelley Hennig is an American actor, and former model who portrayed Peter Hale's long lost daughter, Malia Tate from Season 3 to Season 6 of MTV's Teen Wolf.

Early LifeEdit

She attended Destrehan High School where she was named an "Academic Excellence Student."

In 2004 she was named Miss Teen USA, becoming the first winner from Louisiana. Her winnings included a one year modeling contract and a scholarship to the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts where she studied acting.


She joined the cast of Days of Our Lives replacing Shayna Rose as Stephanie Johnson. She was nominated for two Daytime Emmys during her time on the show from 2010 to 2012. After leaving the show, she became one of the lead characters in the short-lived CW series, The Secret Circle.

She worked on the MTV series Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous which only lasted one season.

She made her film debut in Ouija, in which she played a deceased girl who is the target of a group of teens attempting to communicate via a Quija Board.

Her most recent film appearance was Unfriended which cost just $1 million to make but scored a $16 million opening weekend.
