Parrish, What are you?

So I have a theroy that Parrish is not a pheonix or a hellhound, even though I thought that for a while. Teen Wolf uses the Japanese and Celtic myths the most, so I was looking up fire creatures in both. As we know Parrish has been taking the bodies to the Nemeton, which is a sacred spot. So, I was thinking what if he is a God, I mean he could be Agni, the god of fire and the acceptor of sacrifices for onwards conveyance to other deities.Also he is ever-young, because the fire is re-lit everyday, and is immortal.
