Holland Roden is having a big time up in New York City for Fashion Week.

She gave fans a glimpse into the Russian Vodka Room on W. 52nd Street in a series of Instagram pics that looks a lot like a fashion shoot.

My Crystal Reed Problem

In reviewing the Teen Wolf News and our special Behind the Scenes page, I’ve noted a critical shortage of Crystal Reed.

The absence of updates isn’t for lack of trying. She simply doesn’t show up as often as her co-stars in the source material I can access, and when she does, the stuff is lacking in editorial value.

For example, we had a monster week of location shooting with multiple images of Tyler Posey, Dylan O'Brien, Keahu Kahuanui, Sinqua Walls and Holland Roden.

We also got images from Orny Adams, JR Bourne and Ian Bohen among others.

These images offer not just a look at our favorite cast members but also provide a look at the production. The combination gives them editorial value beyond just the pretty faces.

Here is the sum total of what we got on Crystal during the same period –

That’s one picture from back in December during the Shantal Rhodes shoot, a photo of Reed with essentially a blank white background and a sweet snapshot of Bourne and Reed inside a trailer.

For the first three, there’s just no “there” there. They lack context, nothing on which to hang a story. Even when Tyler Posey was tweeting us pictures of his feet, we got a glimpse of the set.

The one shot that does show Reed in the midst of shooting is smallish and of poor quality, and she’s covering her face.

That image came along with this supposed teaser –

"Allison has been very removed from her Beacon Hills classmates for the last few months when we first see her in Season 3. She doesn't know what her friends have been up to -- you'll have to wait to find out why!"

Again, there’s no “there” there. It offers nothing we didn’t already know.

Jeff told us months ago that there would be a four month gap and that the characters will have scattered some. With Scott moving on from Allison and Stiles giving up on Lydia.

If you’re still reading this take heart, I’ll sum up in a few more lines.

Crystal Reed celebrated her birthday this week. We got nothing. When Posey had his birthday back in October, there was too much video and photo content to publish it all.

I don’t know if this lack of useful material is Reed's personal choice, or poor social media management on the part of her handlers but the result leaves us with far too little Crystal on this site.

Queen Adelaide Kane

Teen Wolf’s new girl Cora has landed a new gig already.

Adelaide Kane is set to play Mary Queen of Scots in potential new series over at The CW.

She’ll shoot a pilot for the show about the young queen coming of age.

The show is described as “Game of Thrones meets Marie Antoinette” but, from everything I’ve seen so far, it’s more like “Gossip Girl meets a Renaissance Fair”.

The network has only ordered a pilot, a single episode, to see if they like it.

Most pilots never see the light of day, but it’s still a cool gig and Kane deserves kudos.

Posey on Workaholics

Meh.

I don’t watch the show, but Tyler Posey was thrilled to appear on Comedy Central’s Workaholics.
