Posey's New Project
This week the Los Angeles Times followed up on a story Teen Wolf News reported first back on September 9 when Former Blink 182 guitarist Tom DeLonge was spotted filming with Tyler Posey at Teen Wolf HQ in Northridge.
Now, thanks to the Times, we know what they were up to.
- “Tom DeLonge is plotting a live-action short film to accompany his “Poet Anderson” franchise, the Angels & Airwaves frontman revealed to The Times.”
The movie includes Posey and Dylan Sprayberry. It also has a companion book and an album by DeLonge’s band Angels & Airwaves.
For Posey, who has a tattoo inspired by Blink 182 and once offered to replace DeLonge in in the band, the shoot was beyond belief. “One of my dreams came true!” he says.

Tim Andrew Returns to Supernatural
Teen Wolf Director Tim Andrew has left Beacon Hills to once again hit the road with the Winchester brothers of the CW’s "Supernatural."
Andrew’s been a frequent contributor to the long-running series, directing his first episode (the one where Sam got married) back in 2011. He’s been back every season since for at least one episode and in Supernatural’s 11th, Andrew is directing episode 8.
Andrew’s absence forced some rejiggering of the Teen Wolf schedule as Jeff Davis explained to Teen Wolf News as filming resumed back in August, “Interestingly, we’re actually starting with episode 512. This is to allow Tim Andrew to go off and direct an episode of Supernatural."
Andrew will soon be back in Northridge where cast and crew are now a month into filming the second half of Teen Wolf Season 5. It looks like they are up to filming Episode 14 and closing in on the halfway point of their shoot.
Michael Johnston Talks Teen Wolf
Actor Michael Johnston gives a little BTS exclusive to blog-site TalkNerdyWithUs.com this week.
He goes into detail about his character’s feelings about being in Theo’s pack and how things might develop in the second half of the season. It’s worth a read and isn’t all that spoilery since, as Johnston says in the piece, “Jeff [Davis] sends us the scripts really last-minute so I’m still not really sure what’s going on with the story, but it’s really cool.”
Johnston also offers his thoughts on fan fiction as it relates to his new movie "Slash" which just wrapped principal photography.
