MTV Management Shakeup

The guy who brought Teen Wolf to MTV is leaving the network.

President of Programming David Janollari did not renew his contract and will be replaced by Susanne Daniels.

This could be good news for Teen Wolf fans as Daniels knows a good genre series when she sees one. She was responsible for developing WB programming in its heyday with the shows Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed and Smallville padding her resume.

The change in management seems to move MTV further from its reality based roots, toward more scripted programming.
